• A 300€ deposit will be asked you on arrival besides the balance of the rent for garanty.
• The advance will not be paid off in case of desertion.
• The deposit will be returned you at the end of stay after a fast examination of the house state.
• Provision of the house : From the day of arrival on 4 pm to the day of departure at 10 am.
• Option 1 : towels : 3 euros per week and per person
• Option 2 : bed sheets : 10 euros per week and per person
• Option 3 : cleaning at the end of the stay : 60 euros
